She graduated from Ursuline Academy High School in 2014 and has worked in the veterinary field ever since. She went on to receive her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree from Delgado Community College in 2017. Jenna is very passionate in her job as an RVT. Stephanie

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Stephanie is another Westbank local, born and raised right here in Gretna. She attended Academy of Our Lady for high school and went on to graduate from the Veterinary Technician program at Delgado in 2013, when she became a Registered Veterinary Technician. Growing up, Stephanie had a perpetual soft spot for animals, so she jumped at the opportunity to spend every day caring for animals. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Stephanie brings many years of experience with her to WVH, and we know just how lucky we are to have such a seasoned RVT working with us! Her experiences have shaped her into a confident, kind, skilled, and well-rounded technician. We are certain that our clients will feel so welcomed by her calm and warm demeanor, and we look forward to everyone getting to see why she’s such an asset to our team.

Raelynn

Veterinary Assistant

Raelynn was born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana. She currently lives in Metairie with her family. Ever since she was a little girl, she knew she wanted to work with animals as a career path. She has been working in the veterinary field since graduating from high school in 2014. After high school, she went on to receive an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree from Delgado Community College in 2019. Raelynn is currently studying to take her state board license examination to become a registered veterinary technician. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, boyfriend, and her two pets.

Raelynn brings a calm and nurturing presence to WVH. She works very hard, and she is dedicated to making sure our patients have the most peaceful experience they can while in our care.  We love her peaceful presence!

She is pictured here with her dog, Mossy. She also has a cat named Binx.

Amy

Receptionist

Amy is our newest member of the Westside Veterinary Hospital team. She was born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana, where she currently resides with her husband and two young sons. Her love and compassion for animals, as well as the well being of their owners, lead her to the veterinary field in 2010. She has been working as a veterinary assistant and receptionist ever since! When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and their three dogs, in addition to spending time outdoors.

Amy may be a new face at WVH, but we’ve known (and loved) her for several years now. Amy is patient, kind, and always has a smiling face – all qualities we admire her for having, especially as the receptionist on our team. We know our clients are in good hands, whether it be when they call on the phone or when they walk in the door – Amy will always welcome them with open arms!

She is pictured here with her handsome dog, Drake. She also has two dogs at home – Bones and Miley.

Harli

Veterinary Assistant

Harli was born in Marrero, LA, but she was raised between Louisiana and Mississippi. She graduated from Hahnville High in 2015. She attended Nicholls State University for BSN and Business Administration until 2018, when she realized her dream to work in Veterinary Medicine was a reality – and she’s worked in vet med ever since.

Harli brings a wonderfully motivating “go-getter” attitude to WVH, always looking to work harder and take the best care of our patients that she can. We love her confidence and eagerness to jump in and help in any situation – days can get crazy in a veterinary hospital, and Harli remains ready for the action!

When not at work, Harli likes to spend time with her boyfriend, family, and friends, rewatch her favorite show (Grey’s Anatomy) and, of course spoiling, her “children”:

5 dogs: Athena, Nyx, Scout, Lexi, Bea
5 cats: Oliver, Idgie, Peanut, Butter, Jelly
1 fish: Fuego

She is pictured here with Athena and Nyx.

Beth

Receptionist

Beth was born and raised in Terrytown, Louisiana. It wasn’t until she and her husband moved into Gretna that she knew she had to work at Westside Veterinary Hospital. Her love for animals stems from always watching Animal Planet as a child. She knew from a very young age that animal care and conservation were her passions. Her life aspiration is to one day travel to Australia and visit Steve Irwin‘s wildlife conservation park! She has been working in the veterinary field as a receptionist and veterinary assistant since graduating from the University of New Orleans in 2014. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and listening to music.

Beth comes to WVH loaded with experience – and it shows! We love her warm attitude, and we know our clients will, too. She is welcoming and so easy to talk to, not to mention extremely knowledgeable when it comes to veterinary medicine! We could not have asked for a more perfect fit to join our exceptional team.

She’s pictured here with her cat, Juliet. She has another cat at home, Athena, and a dog named Daisy.

Morgan

Receptionist

Morgan was born and raised in Luling, Louisiana. She graduated from Hahnville High in 2014, and she started her career in the veterinary world as a receptionist in 2017. She has since fallen in love with working in a veterinary clinic. This comes as no surprise, though, because her family would tell you that if Morgan could, she would adopt every animal under the sun! When Morgan isn’t at work, she loves to spend her time exploring national parks and hiking with her husband. She has a major passion for the outdoors and seeing new wildlife.

Morgan has easily transitioned into her new role as a receptionist at WVH. Her outstanding customer service and communication skills help to make all of our clients feel that they’ve known her forever. She is cheerful and energetic, and it’s so refreshing to be greeted by her smiling face when you walk through the doors at WVH.

Morgan currently lives in Marrero with her family and the many animals in their crew: four cats (Lucy, Jax, Kitty, and Simba), two dogs (Coral and Fossil), and two rabbits (Lilo and Stitch).
